Pat's was origionally established in 1953 as one of Queens' original Italian eateries. In 1971, Santino and Vincenzo D'Angelo, a father and son team started the family business. Their mission was to share the authentic Italian food they grew up with and the family receipes that had been passed down for generations.

Today Santo and his brother Salvatore bring their celebrated receipes and passion for food to their new restaurant on Long Island.
